8/4 - 8 miles @ ~7:00 pace
8/5 - 7 miles @ 7:30 pace, with one mile at 5K pace (5:03)
8/6 - 10+ miles @ ~7:00 pace (felt awesome today, would have liked to go longer but didn't have time)
8/7 - 8 miles @ ~7:20 pace (feeling really good and fresh again today. Threw in a few striders over the last mile)
8/8 - 8 miles @ ~7:30 pace, with one mile at 5K pace (4:57)
8/9 - 13 miles @ 7:22 pace
61 miles for the week. Overall, a pretty comfortable week, with a couple of sharpening sessions to reinforce a faster 5K pace in my legs. Hopefully at Cigna the body will go into autopilot mode for a couple of miles before I have to dig in and go to work!
