9/22 - 7 miles @ 7:50 pace

9/23 - 7 miles @ 7:35 pace

9/24 - 7 miles @ 7:10 pace

9/25 - 7 miles @ 7:15 pace

9/26 - 8 miles @ 7:30 pace

9/27 - 17 miles @ 7:40 pace

60 miles for the week, all easy. Nice recovery week from RTB without completely taking time off. Finish the week feeling rested and refreshed, ready to get back to training.
