12/7 - 60 minutes (8 miles)

12/8 - 70 minutes (10 miles)

12/9 - 80 minutes AM (11 miles), 37 minutes PM (treadmill, 5 miles)

12/10 - 3 miles warm up (22:16), 4 miles tempo (5:27.8, 5:27.6, 5:27.1, 5:20.7), 3 miles cool down (22:01) (10 miles total, very windy)

12/11 - 47 minutes AM (6 miles), 58 minutes PM (8 miles)

12/12 - 90 minutes (12 miles with strides on last mile)

12/13 - 108 minutes (14 miles)

Summary: 84 miles for the week with a good short tempo on Thursday. Next week I'm hoping to get a little higher on mileage a little bit with a short workout and a longer tempo.
