Week ending December 20, 2009

12/14 - 75 minutes AM (10.5 miles), 60 minutes PM (7.5 miles)

12/15 - 75 minutes AM (10.5 miles)

12/16 - 75 minutes with 10 miles @ 6:00 pace (12 miles total)

12/17 - 60 minutes (8 miles)

12/18 - 70 minutes (10 miles)

12/19 - 90 minutes (12 miles)

12/20 - 125 minutes (16 miles)

Summary: 86 miles for the week. Not bad considering I've been feeling sick and skipped a few morning runs this week. Healthy I think I would have been over 100 for the first time.
