1/4 - 64 minutes (9 miles)

1/5 - 47 minutes AM (6 miles), workout PM (20 minutes warm up, then 8x600 @ 5K goal pace with 200 recovery - 1:48.8, 1:04 recovery, 1:49.9, 1:07 recovery, 1:49.8, 1:06 recovery, 1:50.5, 1:05 recovery, 1:49.4, 1:04 recovery, 1:49.8, 1:04 recovery, 1:49.5, 1:05 recovery, 1:46.4, 20 minutes cool down) (9 miles)

1/6 - 65 minutes (9 miles)

1/7 - 40 minutes AM (5 miles), 57 minutes PM (8 miles)

1/8 - 76 minutes with 10 miles @ 6:00 pace (12 miles total)

1/9 - 90 minutes (12 miles)

1/10 - 106 minutes (15 miles)

Summary: 85 miles for the week with a nice 5K pace workout and a strength tempo. Nice solid week for me and I feel pretty good. Hopefully another good workout this Tuesday and then a few easy days to lead into the 3000 at Harvard next week.
