Week ending Febraury 21, 2010

2/15 - 60 minutes (8 miles)

2/16 - 63 minutes (9 miles)

2/17 - tempo (2 miles warm up, 5 miles in 27:20, 3 miles cool down) 67 minutes total (10 miles)

2/18 - 40 minutes AM (5 miles), 60 minutes PM (8 miles)

2/19 - 40 minutes AM (5 miles), 60 minutes PM (8 miles)

2/20 - 60 minutes (8 miles)

2/21 - USATF NE Indoor Championships, mile 4:29 I think, results aren't up yet. (6 miles)

Summary: 67 miles, mostly a recovery week with a tempo and a light mileage day on Sunday with the mile race. Time for a couple of higher volume weeks with a tempo and maybe a workout to try and be respectable at the New Bedford Half Marathon.
