8/23 - 37 minutes AM (5 miles), 61 minutes PM (10 miles)

8/24 - 40 minutes AM (5 miles), 45 minutes PM (7 miles)

8/25 - workout (6 mile tempo) 2 miles warm up, 6 miles in 31:42 (5:16, 5:19, 5:15, 5:17, 5:17, 5:18), 2 miles cool down. (10 miles)

8/26 - 40 minutes AM (5 miles), 51 minutes PM (7 miles)

8/27 - 40 minutes AM (5 miles), 65 minutes PM (10 miles)

8/28 - 52 minutes (8 miles)

8/29 - 110 minutes (18.4 miles) w/ set of strides after

Summary: 90 miles for the week. Really pleased with Sunday's long run but I was starting to bonk a bit at the end.

Good...finished feeling satisfied and tired but not puking or anything. Love the marathon post and plan you laid out. Funny how most plans seem to skimp on pace work.
