10/13 - 5 miles easy AM, 8 miles easy PM

10/14 - 18 miles @ 1:47:00, finished before 7 AM!

10/15 - 6 miles easy

10/16 - 11 miles easy

10/17 - 6 miles easy

Summary: 74 miles, good recovery week. Feel healthy, pretty rested and ready for a few more weeks of training.
