12/14 - off (PT am & pm)

12/15 - off (PT am & pm)

12/16 - 5 miles easy (PT am & pm)

12/17 - off

12/18 - see above

12/19 - see above

Summary: Sucks.

Still sore. I think I'll have to just run really easy like this for a while and keep at the PT until it gets better.

Man---I'm real sorry to hear that. With easy running, you will be able to maintain your overall fitness at least.

Very sorry to hear about this setback. I hope that you heal quickly and can get back out there!

By the way, I think your blog should be called "Miles of Wiles, Wiles of miles" (or at least Miles of Wiles) -- as a reference to Once a Runner. In fact, when I think of your blog, I think of it as being called "Miles of Wiles" and then I have to remind myself that it is "Wiles' Thing."

The PT you're doing sounds good. I hope you get back soon. We're lucky the first GPS race isn't until March.
