April 26 - 2 miles walking, legs felt pretty tight
April 27 - 7 miles in 52:00
April 28 - 5 miles in 36:00

No running. Played basketball in the 8th annual Gardiner Area High School Alumni Tournament on the 16th and was barely able to walk for most of the week. Cardio was good but the rest of my body (especially my calves) was really sore. Probably a blessing in disguise, as I've been pushing things pretty hard lately relative to the half-decade of inactivity that preceded this most recent spurt of training.
